Candle and Price Action Atelier

Six evening sessions in the Icheon atelier. Students read candlestick bodies and wicks, then mark rejection, acceptance, and continuation on the same printed sheets until the labels hold.

₩495,000 — Fixed fee for the three-week atelier. Printed candle packs and pencils are included.

Who the atelier is for

Adults who already glance at candles on one or two markets and want a slower way to name bodies, wicks, and the price action that follows. English is the language of the room. No prior classroom study is required. Students leave with a marked book of their own sheets.

What you take home

Each student leaves with a marked candle book: engulfing and pin bars they can defend out loud, notes on where price accepted or rejected a level, and a short sequence of continuation and pause marks that match the sheet rather than a story.

What the three weeks include

  • Six evenings, two hours each, with the October atelier meeting on 7, 9, 14, 16, 21 and 23 October 2026 from 19:00 to 21:00
  • A printed candle pack chosen for readable bodies and wicks, not for a forecast
  • Pencils, a straightedge, and a desk place
  • Time to mark alone before the room compares labels
  • A closing pass in the last session where Choi Sanho walks the book with the student

What stays outside the atelier

  • Buy or sell instructions, price targets, and account reviews
  • Brokerage setup, software licenses, and live order screens
  • A recording of the evening. The room stays off camera so people will mark in public without performing

Who is in the room

Choi Sanho leads every atelier evening. Han Yebin sits in on the third and fifth sessions to check wick readings and rejection marks.

How the evenings run

  1. Evening one: bodies and wicks. Students measure open-to-close ranges and name long and short wicks without inventing a story.
  2. Evening two: single-candle signals that earn a name — hammer, shooting star, doji — and the ones that do not.
  3. Evening three: two- and three-candle patterns, with Han Yebin challenging labels that ignore the bar before.
  4. Evening four: rejection and acceptance at a level drawn from the path itself.
  5. Evening five: continuation versus pause on a second market from the student’s own list.
  6. Evening six: the candle book is read aloud in pairs, then Choi Sanho closes with each student.

Before you come

Bring the names of two markets you already watch, written in a notebook. Candle sheets are supplied. You do not need to buy software. Come having eaten; the two hours are spent leaning over paper.

Seats and limits

Eight seats. Students are adults. Instruction is in English. A seat is held only after the deposit is agreed in writing by email. Missed evenings are not restaged for one person during that atelier; the candle pack still goes home with you, and a later markup review can cover the gap.
