What we collect

When you write through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address, preferred lesson, optional preferred date, and the message you send. When you book, we may also keep deposit and attendance notes needed to run the room. The site may store a cookie-consent choice in your browser under a brand-prefixed key.

Purpose and legal basis

We use inquiry data to reply, schedule lessons, and keep basic records of deposits and attendance. We process this information to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform a confirmed booking. Consent choices for non-essential cookies are stored only when you choose Accept or Reject on the banner.

Retention

Inquiry messages that do not become bookings are kept up to twelve months, then deleted or anonymised. Booking and payment references needed for accounting are kept for the period required under Korean bookkeeping rules. Cookie-consent choices remain in your browser until you clear site data.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with an accountant or a communications provider only as needed to operate the atelier, or when Korean law requires disclosure.

International transfers

Our primary records are kept in South Korea. If a processor stores mail or backups outside Korea, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards consistent with Korean privacy requirements.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, and you may raise a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission. Write to info@thinkmosaic.click to exercise these rights.

Children

Lessons are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for bookings.
